The Justice Department’s National Fraud Enforcement Division (Fraud Division), along with the U.S. Attorney’s Offices for the Eastern District of Virginia, Nebraska, and New Jersey announced indictments in nationwide ‘Ghost Student’ fraud scam linked to a Kenyan network.
